Singapore, 14 Apr 2022 In March, rents for HDB have hit a new high, while rents for condominium rose for the 15th straight month.
According to flash figures from SRX Property and 99.co, although the rental volumes had improved on a monthly basis, they are still lower when compared with the year-ago period.
Christine Sun, senior vice-president of research and analytics at OrangeTee & Tie noted: "As rental demand is expected to rise in the coming months, we anticipate that rents will likely hit a new high within the next few months."
