Singapore, 16 Jun 2020 486 new private homes were sold by developers in May 2020, a 75.5% rebound from April despite the continued closure of sales galleries. May’s sales appear to be largely driven by locals and investors, said Christine Sun, head of research & consultancy at OrangTee & Tie.
