Singapore, 12 Aug 2020 The resale volume of non-landed private homes in July was almost double that of June,
according to flash figures from real estate portal SRX Property on Tuesday (August 11).
Christine Sun, head of research and consultancy at OrangeTee & Tie, said that some buyers may find the current pricing level comfortable enough to enter the market, while others may view the current market slowdown as an opportunity to negotiate a better deal with sellers.
She further added that buyers are going for more affordable resale properties below $1.5 million.
