Singapore, 10 Apr 2023 The former Khalsa Crescent Prison in Woodlands will soon make way for a future residential estate near the upcoming Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link station in Woodlands North.
OrangeTee & Tie senior vice-president of research and analytics Christine Sun said the plot could yield about 500 to 600 units, ranging from two-room flexi to five-room flats.
She added that these flats could be popular as they can be leased after their minimum occupation period, and may attract Malaysian workers here seeking rental units that are close to the Causeway, for their trips home.
