Singapore, 27 Jul 2026 OrangeTee and Knight Frank today announced an agreement that will allow eligible KF Property Network (KFPN) salespersons to transition to OrangeTee & Tie, ensuring continuity for clients while supporting the long-term growth of their businesses.
The agreement follows extensive strategic discussions that began in late 2025, during which both organisations identified a strong alignment in professional standards, client-first values and a shared commitment to helping real estate professionals build sustainable careers.
The move comes as Knight Frank sharpens its focus on its strategic core business priorities and closer regional integration. In identifying the right agency for its salespersons, Knight Frank selected OrangeTee for its scale, technology, training and governance to support them over the long term.
For OrangeTee, the agreement underscores its focus on building a sales force of like-minded professionals who share its commitment to professionalism and client service.
Based on the latest Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) public register as of June 2026, KFPN has approximately 97 registered salespersons, while OrangeTee has approximately 2,567 registered salespersons, positioning OrangeTee as Singapore's fourth-largest property agency by registered salespersons.
Mr Justin Quek (郭建廷), CEO of OrangeTee and Deputy Group CEO of Realion Group, says, "We are pleased to welcome the salespersons from Knight Frank Property Network to OrangeTee. This reflects the confidence Knight Frank has placed in our governance standards, professional platform and ability to support real estate professionals over the long term. We look forward to supporting these professionals as they settle in and continue building on what they have already achieved.”
Dr Tan Tee Khoon (陈智群), Head of KF Property Network, says, "Our priority has always been to ensure our salespersons have the right platform to continue growing their businesses and serving their clients with confidence. OrangeTee stood out because of its professionalism, client-first culture and strong support for long-term success. We are confident that our salespersons who choose to transition will find both continuity and new opportunities for growth."
Salespersons who choose to make the transition will gain access to expanded training, technology, business development resources and the broader Realion Group ecosystem. Both organisations are working closely to ensure a seamless onboarding process, with minimal disruption to clients, while supporting the salespersons throughout their transition.
