Singapore, 09 Apr 2020 March saw a record breaking S$1.232 million HDB resale, from a unit at the The Pinnacle@Duxton, located in Cantonment Road. But as a whole, million-dollar transactions are seeing a downtrend.
"The lower number of million-dollar transactions could be attributed to the increased housing supply and more competition for potential buyers. There are also many housing options such as small condominiums and new executive condominiums priced at a similar price range," said Ms Christine Sun, OrangeTee & Tie, head of research & consultancy.
