SG, 15 Sep 2020 Despite having to handle Singapore's worst recession, new home sales reach new heights as Singapore sales continuously rose for a fourth straight month, the highest since September 2019.
Ms Christine Sun, head of research and consultancy at OrangeTee & Tie, noted that last month's sales were the best August performance in eight years with New sales being mainly driven by Forett at Bukit Timah, The Garden Residences, Treasure at Tampines, Parc Clematis,The Woodleigh Residences, Jadescape and Whistler Grand.
