The Queensbridge Building (The Building) is situated at 88 Queens Bridge Street, Southbank.

The Queensbridge Building is a neighbourhood building that connects with Melbourne’s urban life to create a sense of belonging for the first-time visitor to the long term local. The chamfered nature of the site acts as an important gateway to the Melbourne CBD, Southbank and the southern suburbs, yet a sense of community is created by others means too.

The Open House is the towers public offering that invites people to come inside and enjoy opportunities to relax, to eat, to work and to play. Community is also encouraged through the tower’s design at floor level, which spills out onto the street. It’s an invitation to come inside, or a bon voyage as you set off to explore the urban riches all found within walking distance.

The building is a mixed use development comprising of Hotel, Residential and hospitality areas.

The Hotel portion will comprise 188 Hotel guestrooms. The Residential portion contains a total of 353 apartments, 140 of which are one-bedroom apartments, 147 of which are two-bedroom apartments and 65 of which are three-bedroom apartments.

There will be a café, Bistro, Hotel restaurant & Bar within the Building to cater for all occupants.

The interior design of the apartments is of remarkable quality, featuring timber floors, Miele appliances, and centralized air-conditioning. The finishes palette features a blend of natural materials and contemporary products.

The building’s façade will comprise of :
