Singapore, 10 Apr 2020 While HDB resale prices may have dipped slightly at 0.3%, there was a significant 16.8% increase in sales volume compared to February, making for a total of 1,948 HDB flats resold in March.
"We may expect sales volume to dip in the coming months as social distancing measures were being put in place over the past weeks and viewings were discontinued as a result of current circuit breaker measures," Ms Christine Sun, head of research and consultancy at Orange Tee & Tie, said. "(But) sales may pick up when the measures are lifted and house viewings resume."
