SG, 21 Oct 2020 Online ratings of property agents will soon be standardised across the real estate industry in Singapore following the launch of a new guide yesterday by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
Currently, real estate agencies determine the standards for consumer ratings, but this new guide will introduce consistent standards, with key attributes on which agents should be rated. Ratings will now reflect whether or not an agent provided services above and beyond client's expectations.
Three property agencies - ERA Realty Network, OrangeTee & Tie and Huttons Asia - along with the Singapore Estate Agents Association and property portal PropertyGuru have committed to adopting the guide.
