Another freehold conservation home in District 15 has appeared on the market, this time for S$63.6 million (or S$2,000 per square foot) (psf).

The property at 760 Mountbatten Road, which is being marketed by OrangeTee & Tie, has a land area of 31,820 square feet (sq ft), which is more than 50% greater than the one at 759 Mountbatten Road, which was just three weeks ago.

A bungalow plot of over 30,000 sq ft is uncommon on the market, which is likely why 760 Mountbatten Road's asking price is much more than 759 Mountbatten Road's.

The conservation bungalow's location in one of the plot's corners also makes it easy for the buyer to divide the land into two or three lots or build a few residences on the site for an extended family's personal stay.
