Singapore, 07 Feb 2020 In the resale market, property agents marketing high-end condos, Good Class Bungalows (GCBs) and shophouses are seeing a decrease in calls and viewings. Owners in luxury condos have introduced viewing restrictions out of concern.
Jeffrey Sim, associate executive director of Orange Tee says that this has also affected GCB segment, especially where owners are residents. Residents with old folks or children at home are more cautious in this aspect.
