Singapore, 14 Jul 2020 The resale prices of non-landed private homes were stable in June, with sales volume recovering from the previous month, according to flash figures from real estate portal SRX Property on Tuesday.
Christine Sun, head of research and consultancy at OrangeTee & Tie, noted that the rebound in sales is "within expectation", as house viewings had resumed after the circuit breaker period.
She further added that technological tools like virtual house tours has helped speed up the buying process. Thus, allowing the private resale market to pick up quickly.
