Singapore, 09 Jul 2020 Almost seven times as many Housing Board resale flats were sold in June compared with May, according to flash data released by real estate portal SRX Property on Thursday (July 9).
Christine Sun, head of research and consultancy at OrangeTee & Tie, said that the spike may be attributed more to a backlog of transactions and may not be indicative of a market recovery.
