market-first Build-To-Order Dashboard (“BTO Dashboard”), an online tool within the Company’s Market Analytic
Suites platform that targets to equip prospective homeowners - particularly first-time HDB
flat buyers - with interactive and often elusive information needed to make
informed choices on their BTO application, and explore other housing
alternatives.
