Chart of the Day: Foreign buyers bought fewer homes in Q1

According to a recent report by OrangeTee & Tie, the number of non-landed homes purchased by foreign buyers fell from 976 units to 811 units in Q1 2020. The proportion of foreign purchases, as a percentage of total transactions, also fell slightly to 21.8%.
