Hi,
I’m Andrew Koh, and my story is one of adaptability, purpose, and a relentless drive to create meaningful change in people’s lives. Since 2010, I’ve immersed myself in Singapore’s ever-evolving real estate landscape, navigating its complexities with dedication and resilience. My journey began at Dennis Wee Realty, where I sought to learn from the best
in the field. Although I completed the Real Estate Agency (REA) course, I consciously chose not to establish my own agency, recognizing that collaboration and synergy are far more impactful in a competitive, monopolistic market. Instead, I’ve channelled my energy into building bridges within the industry, aligning with Singapore’s ethos of resilience and collective growth.

Beyond real estate, my passion lies in empowering people to lead healthier, more balanced lives. As Singapore transitions into a super-aged society, I’ve witnessed firsthand how health, wellness, and housing intersect. My background as a fitness manager and senior personal trainer at 24-Hour Fitness shaped my belief in holistic well-being. Today, I leverage this dual expertise to guide clients toward homes that are not just investments but sanctuaries that support their physical and emotional health.

My diverse career path also includes five years in the biomedical facilities sector, where I worked alongside multinational corporations at Biopolis during Singapore’s emergence as a biomedical hub. From collaborating with hospitals to pioneering solutions for complex technical challenges, this chapter of my life honed my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills—qualities that I now bring into my real estate practice to offer long-term, impactful solutions.

Continuous learning is at the core of my philosophy. Whether attending seminars on government housing policies or forums on market trends, I stay informed to provide clients with accurate advice on matters like cooling measures, affordability schemes, and investment strategies. This commitment ensures that every client I serve is empowered to make well-informed, confident decisions.

My journey has also led me to manage corporate leasing for prominent multinational clients like Roche Diagnostics, Straumann, Rentokil etc, and to handle high-value transactions at Luxe Real Estate. At ERA Realty, PropNex Realty, and now OrangeTee, I’ve honed my expertise across diverse property types, from public housing to luxury estates. Yet, what sets me apart is my ability to merge real estate expertise with my passion for health and wellness. As an ACSM-certified personal trainer, I see homes not just as assets but as spaces that enrich quality of life. Whether it’s proximity to nature or design elements that inspire relaxation, I help clients find properties that resonate with their lifestyle goals.
