Hi, I’m Andrew Koh Kah Heng (許家興), also known online as Andrew Koh SG. I am a Singapore-based CEA-registered real estate salesperson (R018334F) and Associate Senior Director with OrangeTee & Tie.

Since 2010, I have worked across HDB, private residential, new-launch and corporate-leasing transactions through several property-market cycles. My approach combines market knowledge, policy awareness aand disciplined execution.

I help clients consider not only price and financing, but also suitability, accessibility, family needs and the long-term implications of a home.

This perspective is increasingly relevant as Singapore becomes a super-aged society. Housing decisions can affect mobility, caregiving, ageing in place and quality of life. With experience in fitness management and as an ACSM-certified personal trainer, I understand how the living environment can influence everyday movement, confidence and well-being.

Earlier in my career, I spent five years in the biomedical facilities environment at Biopolis. That experience strengthened my analytical thinking, systems approach and problem-solving skills, which I now apply to property planning and client service.

I have supported corporate-leasing requirements involving multinational organisations and handled transactions across HDB, private residential and luxury segments. I continue to follow government housing policies, cooling measures, financing frameworks and urban-planning developments so clients can make decisions using current and relevant information.

At my core, I value integrity, discipline and long-term responsibility. My purpose is to help individuals and families make clearer property decisions that support financial preparedness, lifestyle needs and quality of life.

I’m not here simply to transact. I’m here to help clients plan for a home and lifestyle that remain suitable over time.
