No cancellation or postponement is allowed once registration is confirmed. Learning & Development department reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course at any time without liability. The company will not be obliged to provide a reason and delegates will be offered the choice of an alternative date.
A full refund will be allowed only when a 2nd cancellation or postponement to the course after an alternating date had been offered and subject to the Management's approval. There will be a handling fees of 4% subject to a minimum of $1.50 imposed by the Merchant Bank to be borne by the requester if the refund is approved by the Management.
Registered participant who does not show up for course will be considered as "Withdrawal without notice" and OrangeTee & Tie reserves the right to charge a penalty of 100% of the course fee.
Certificate of Participation will only be awarded to participants attend the full event.
Participants are required to sign in and out of the activity. A maximum of 15 minutes grace period is allowed for latecomers and there will be strictly no admittance thereafter.
All training will be conducted in our office situated either in OT building or HDB Hub. The participants are required to refer to the reminder email that to be sent out 2 days before the actual course date for the confirmed training venue. Only the registered participants will be notified via email and/or SMS if there is any change in training timing or venue.
As part of our continual mission to run 'greener' training by reducing carbon footprint, e-handout for the CPD session(s) will be sent to your registered email at least 2 working days before the class start date. Please download the handout to your device before the class. You are strongly encouraged to use the e-copy as no hardcopy will be available.
It is acknowledged that all course material, program material or copies remain the sole property of OrangeTee & Tie Pte Ltd. Any recordings or copies made of course materials or of the lectures are strictly prohibited.
