Property advertisement is one of the essential marketing channels for salespersons to communicate and reach out to the potential buyers. It is important to convey the accurate information and details of the property to the potential buyers or co-brokers during the marketing process.

This course will allow the participants to have a better understanding and comply with the provisions or regulations stated in both CEA Practice Guidelines on Ethical Advertising (PG2/2011) and Singapore Code of Advertising Practice (SCAP).
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the workshop, the learners will be able to

(1) Appreciate and comply with the CEA Practice Guidelines on Ethical Advertising (PG2/2011) & Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care

(2) Illustrate the key elements of Singapore Code of Advertising Practice (SCAP) relating to Real Estate Advertisement

(3) Review the essential elements of appropriate and acceptable advertisements
A Certificate of Attendance and 2 Core CPD hours will be awarded to participants upon completion of the course.
