Jonathan has more than 15 years of experience in real estate sales and training and understands the skills needed to be a professional and effective real estate salesperson. During workshop training, Jonathan not only focuses on teaching the syllabus but also engages participants in discussion on real estate related issues. He believes through this, it will inspire participant’s curiosity, which will invoke their creativity and cultivate their long-term interest in real estate. Jonathan holds a Diploma in Business Administration.
From 2007, Edwin has served clients in sales, purchase and rentals in a variety of property types-both residential and commercial. His area of focus is in the HDB resale market (public housing) and he aims to provide clients with an exceptionally delightful experience in their property transaction. He is also an ACTA-certified trainer teaching RES and CPD classes since 2011. Before joining real estate, Edwin was an entrepreneur in the publishing industry in lifestyle magazines and trade directories servicing corporate clients in the government, MNC and SME sectors. During his spare time, Edwin enjoys volunteering with Junior Achievement to inspire children to appreciate entrepreneurship and be better equipped in financial literacy through JA’s programs in the primary, secondary schools and junior colleges. Edwin graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Hons).
Terry has more than 18 years in the business, an ACTA certified trainer that had conducted numerous educational and motivational training sessions since 2003. Had assessed more than 300 real estate agents from many companies in the nationally recognized NSRS’ Competency Standards for Real Estate Industry between 2002 to 2006. Achieved many TOP Producers’ awards and IEA’s recognition awards in the real estate industry since 1998, very experience and knowledgeable in the business.
