Terry has more than 18 years in the business, an ACTA certified trainer that had conducted numerous educational and motivational training sessions since 2003. Had assessed more than 300 real estate agents from many companies in the nationally recognized NSRS’ Competency Standards for Real Estate Industry between 2002 to 2006. Achieved many TOP Producers’ awards and IEA’s recognition awards in the real estate industry since 1998, very experience and knowledgeable in the business. Jason Lee has been in this industrial since 1999. He constantly upgrade himself to be a leader and trainer. He has conducted numerous training at company level including CPD classes and Real Estate TeeOff. He is also known for his roles as a leader who provide constant advice and training to his team members. Raymond has more than 8 years of experience in real estate consultancy and brokerage, and has extensively developed his knowledge and skills in handling various residential properties. With this, he is invited to conduct training in both team and company level. As a consistent producer, he has won numerous awards including No. 1 Top Achiever Q3 2017 and Star Performer with more than 50 Five Stars Review. He is appointed as an official trainer for CPD, TeeOff and OTPro and project IC heading several projects.
Synopsis
Guide to Effective Selling Process for New Executive Condominiums is developed to provide an essential summary of latest policies, procedures and the key documentations that salespersons must know when handling new EC purchase. Various case studies will be discussed to enhance learning retention.

Interpret Complaint Management & Dispute Resolution teaches estate agents and salespersons to handle complaints & disciplinary matters properly methodically and settle their differences and disputes in accordance with CEA’s Dispute Resolution Schemes.

Heighten Professional Conducts aims to update, upgrade the skills, knowledge and conduct of estate agents so that they will render professional and competent services of the highest standards to their customers. Various case studies will be discussed throughout the session to enhance learning retention.
