Raymond has more than 8 years of experience in real estate consultancy and brokerage, and has extensively developed his knowledge and skills in handling various residential properties. With this, he is invited to conduct training in both team and company level. As a consistent producer, he has won numerous awards including No. 1 Top Achiever Q3 2017 and Star Performer with more than 50 Five Stars Review. He is appointed as an official trainer for CPD, TeeOff and OTPro and project IC heading several projects.
Estate agents and salespersons need to conduct themselves professionally when rendering their services to their clients.
This CPD Module aims to update and upgrade the skills, knowledge and conduct of estate agents and salespersons so that they will render good, professional and competent services of the highest standards to their customers. Various case studies will be discussed throughout the session to enhance learning retention.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the Course, participants will be able to understand, explain and adhere to the Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care (CEPCC) and undertake the following:

(1) Have good knowledge of and comply with the CEPCC, practice circulars and guidelines of CEA;
(2) Conduct due diligence and comply with legal and statutory requirements;
(3) Comply with the general duty to clients and public;
(4) Prohibition against bringing discredit or disrepute to real estate industry;
(5) Duty to clients in relation to signing of documents;
(6) Obligations in respect of agreements;
(7) Obligation in conveying offers and counter offers;
(8) Interpretation or translation, if necessary;
(9) Duties in respect of advertisements;
(10) Duty to avoid conflict of interests;
(11) Recommending professional advice where appropriate;
(12) Safeguarding confidential information.
A Certificate of Attendance and 2 Core CPD hours will be awarded to participants upon completing course.
Training Venue
All training courses will be held either at OrangeTee building or HDB Hub Office. An email reminder with the confirmed venue will be sent out 2 days prior to the scheduled session.
