Ivy is a veteran of the real estate industry with more than 20 years’ experience in residential property market. Ivy strongly believes in “Heart Work”, the art of putting her clients’ needs first. In pursuit of her passion in training, she completed her WSQ ACTA in 2014 and DACE in 2017. She is active in training CPD classes and development of core CPD topics and believes that through sharing of case studies, salespersons will be able to better understand and appreciate the practices of real estate works with confidence. He has a total of 41 years of work experience, with 19 years of teaching experience in real estate courses. Prior to joining the real estate agency industry, he has held senior executive positions at various financial institutions in Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand. He started his teaching career in 1996 by preparing students for the CEHA. To-date, he has taught thousands of students who have successfully passed the various real estate examinations. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma City University of U.S.A., a Certificate-in-CEHA, Certificate-in-REA, Certificate-in-RES and Certificate in Conveyancing Law from SIM University. He is also a fully-qualified ACTA certified-trainer for WDA’s Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) training programme. With 25 years of intensive Real Estate Experience under his belt, John is known as one of the leading veteran in Commercial and Industrial segments. Over the years he had developed a wealth of experience in handling various types of transactions especially on JTC projects. Synopsis
Procedure and Documentations of Handling HDB Residential Transactions covers the essential policies and procedures that salespersons must know when dealing with HDB transactions. The learners will also go through the important terms in the HDB Standard Option to Purchase (OTP).

Develop Insights in ML aims to equip salespersons with necessary comprehension and skills to combat ML and FT, exercise the best practices according to the CEA Practice Guidelines on Prevention of Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism.

JTC Industrial will equip salespersons with the product knowledge to handle sales, leasing and rental of industrial properties under JTC jurisdiction as distinct from those under the private sector i.e. open market. Salespersons who wish to venture into this segment of industry can acquire better understanding of JTC policies & processes and criteria approval.
