The Professional Service Manual (PSM) is the practice guideline to estate agents and salespersons for their conduct of estate agent work in all types of property transactions including residential, commercial and industrial properties. It is utmost important for salespersons to gain in-depth understanding on the clear standards in this guidelines to ensure they render their services competently, professionally and ethically, thus promoting open, fair and honest transactions at all time. Various case studies will be discussed in order to enhance learning retention and engagement.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, learners will be able to

(1) Interpret the provisions relating to practice guidelines listed in the Professional Service Manual (PSM)

(2) Paraphrase necessary knowledge and skills in order to render the services competently, professionally and ethically, thus promoting open, fair and honest property transactions.
