Synopsis/ Course Description
This course equips real estate professionals, landlords, and tenants with essential knowledge and practical strategies for managing tenancy matters in Singapore’s residential rental market. Participants will learn about leasing regulations, legal responsibilities, and effective dispute resolution. Key topics include compliance with leasing guidelines, updates on MOM passes and FWTES for foreign tenants, understanding repair responsibilities, and resolving common issues such as late payments and lease terminations. By the end of the course, participants will be well-prepared to handle tenancy issues confidently and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
