Synopsis/ Course Description

This course aims to equip participants with the practical knowledge that a real estate salesperson will require when handling commercial property transactions. The course will cover an overview of commercial sale and leasing procedures, financing means, as well as the application of such knowledge when handling transactions.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the lesson, participants will

1. Know the various types of business entities and how to incorporate a company

2. Know the pros & cons of incorporating a company for commercial property

3. Have an overview of commercial sale and leasing procedures and financing means

4. Knowing how to calculate and understand the differences between ROI/ROE, rental yield, capital appreciation

5. Know how to apply the practical knowledge and how to source for listings to market

Certification

A Certificate of Attendance and 2 Generic Competencies CPD credits will be awarded to participants upon completion of the course.
