Synopsis/ Course Description

This CPD course aims to provide the participants with have a better understanding of how to handle unusual cases in HDB transactions especially cases involve divorce or bankruptcy. Various actual case studies will be used to illustrate prevailing rules and regulations and proposed optimal approaches to handle the cases. The trainer will also further explain the types of documents and the procedures when dealing with these cases.
