Synopsis/ Course Description

This course provides a clear overview of the various stakeholders involved in Singapore’s Industrial property market, the various bodies and agencies, what they do and how they impact the sector and market. The course also brings about insight on the future direction that Singapore’s industrial sector will take before finally presenting various case studies to provide relevance from the attained knowledge and help the participants in their application.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will learn about and understand the development of Singapore’s industrial sector and how the industrial property market grew out of the primary market to the secondary resale market and the role that real estate salespersons play in it. This increased understanding will allow real estate salespersons to be more proficient in conducting their real estate work pertaining to the industrial property market.

Certification

A Certificate of Attendance and 2 Professional Competencies CPD credits will be awarded to participants upon completion of the course.
