Synopsis/ Course Description

The course aims to equip salespersons with the relevant skills on procedures and due diligence required when transacting HDB leasing transactions. Relatable case studies have also been curated to enable participating salespersons, allowing them to avoid pitfalls and transact smoothly.

1. Eligibility procedures and relevant documents required in leasing process of HDB flats.

2. Case studies relating to leasing transactions. Possible solutions to assist HDB clients

3. Identify possible pitfalls and avoid making errors.

4. Understand CEA Circular update March 2021 on Leasing Transactions and Cases involving rental of HDB Flats

Certification

A Certificate of Attendance and 2 Professional Competencies CPD credits will be awarded to participants upon completion of the course.
