In line with requirements by CEA, attendees is compulsory to turn on their videos throughout the class.
CPD training hours will not be accorded to course participants who DID NOT Turn On their video cameras, and whose faces cannot be clearly seen by the trainer throughout the course session. Participants' full names as per NRIC are to be displayed at all times.

1. You will be granted a grace period of 15 minutes to be present on the online-learning course after the course has started, failure to do so will have you marked as absent.
   
   
2. You are strongly advised to use Laptop, iPad, or Tablet while attend the online-learning course to keep you logged in for as long as possible during the class. Mobile phones are more likely to be disconnected.
   
   
3. After completing the online-learning course, an e-certificate of attendance will be issued to you within 3 - 5 working days.
   For Prescribed Essential (PE) & Structured Learning (SL), attendance will be submitted to the CEA Portal. For Self-Directed Learning (SDL), please kindly forward the e-certificate to your estate agent as they will require KEO’s approval to have your CPD credits accorded.
