LEAP Course
Having benefitted over 300 leaders since 2009, LEAP has been an integral core and mainstay in OrangeTee’s training program. Our flagship course titled Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program has empowered multiple batches of team managers and leaders to raise their game by strengthening core competencies while introducing new perspectives that drive their growth on a personal level as well as within their team.
Conducted over 3 full days, participants are equipped with skills that are necessary to lead a dynamic and fast-growing team. Some of these skills include mastering the art of building relationships through heightened critical thinking, coaching and emotional intelligence techniques that eventually lead to increased performance and productivity both for the individual and their team.
