... I further my knowledge and skills to do the Set Up and Rapport building with clients. It also showed me how to better phrase my statement during conversation with the clients. ... I never notice how important is the income chain, like most agent do, as long we can close deal, the chain is not important. But Albert point out that, as long 1 of the chain is only 10b1s, it will break the chain, causes no income. I will enforce in my Appointments Chain, as it is my weakest link...
I like Marketing Plan, it teaches us to be more organize our data & information, so that we could sound more confidence in our presentation, so that we could outshine the other agents.

... learn something new today- Listing Presentation. Especially the OT Listing Presentation, it really useful to us. We also get to know the OT Products & Services. It really shocked me because all the while I thought these feature is only good for recruiting agent. I don’t even know it can help us to secure for exclusive listing during our presentation. Now I will definitely make full use of these special weapon.
..the most exciting day because we have to learn how to design our own flyer & feature sheet. We use Photo Stitch software to stitch up photos & create panoramic view. I use to design flyer & a simple catalog for my own listing but not features sheet. After this lesson, I think I can improve better on it.

...The law of Cause & Effects and Law of Harvest gave me a very good insight and understanding of why things happened as it has happened and how my everyday thoughts would have a great influence or bearing upon the results.

... I acquired the understanding that our desire/creativity could generate a combination of activities and methods to achieve our target. If one concentrates on the desire, the focus will generate various methods to bring us to the destination. Therefore it is high in desire that brings results.
The physical exercise conducted to demonstrate that one should remain positive under pressure/ adverse condition/ criticism also driven home the message that unless one is prepared to confront them, one risk being overrun by them.

... something impressed deeply about prospecting is the “The Weakest Link” theory within The Income Chain. Never have it occurred to me of such importance to examine & to strengthen the link that was weak. I was drilled to be diligent by working very hard, make lots of phone calls each day hopeful of leading to closing sale.
The study materials are also comprehensive & straight to the point. That allows busy, tired agents like us to digest them quickly.
