Explanations
User who is a :- (1) Singapore Citizen or (2) Household income <= S$1500 would be exempted from *Credit assessment (* i.e. one may borrow up to 95% of purchase price or valuation price, whichever is lower). However, if they make use of this scheme, they can only purchase a 4-Room (budget) flat of size below 90 sq-m or a 3-Room flat.
