Valuation
Our Valuation team strives to provide our clients with timely and accurate valuation services at a fair and competitive fee. Quality, efficiency and responsive services are the hallmark of this Team. In this regard, the Team has been certified ISO 9001:2000.
Our customer base is extensive and includes financial institutions, corporate clients, statutory boards, as well as individuals. We are proud to be on several banks’ panel of valuers, such as The Development Bank of Singapore Ltd, United Overseas Bank Ltd, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, Standard Chartered Bank, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd, and CIMB Bank Bhd. We are also concurrently on the panel of valuers of the Housing and Development Board and Central Provident Fund Board.
