  • Incorporated Pte Ltd, OTP Consultants Pte Ltd and OTC Consultants Pte Ltd (collectively known as the OrangeTee Group).
  • Occupied a 2,000 square feet office at Leng Kee Road.
  • Established Agency, Valuation and Information Technology departments.

YEAR 2001


  • Shifted OrangeTee Group to a 3,000 square feet joint-shophouse unit at Mohamed Sultan Road.
  • Pioneered the use of online technologies in the real estate industry in Singapore, i.e. corporate email, project information and electronic litho sheets were launched.
  • Granted first appointment for residential project marketing, i.e. The Petals.
  • Conducted first ‘Tee-Off’ training, a basic real estate training programme that gave agents an in-depth understanding of the different types of residential properties and the procedures required to successfully transact such properties.

YEAR 2002


  • Established Residential Local Projects, Industrial (now known as Business Space) and Corporate Residential Services departments.
  • Obtained SGS ISO 9001-2000 Certification for Valuation department.
  • Launched online transaction forms.

YEAR 2003

  • Shifted OrangeTee Group to a 7,000 square feet office unit at Lock Road.
  • Established International Properties and Training & Development departments.
  • Granted first appointment for overseas project marketing, i.e. Verve 501 in Australia.
  • Launched online Caveat and Classified Searches.

YEAR 2004

  • Set up a branch office occupying a 7,000 square feet unit at Cuscaden Road.

  • Launched ‘My OT Account’.

  • Became a member of Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore.

YEAR 2005


  • Launched CRS Lease Management System.

  • Became a member of Institute of Estate Agents.

YEAR 2006

  • Established Resource Centre, i.e library.
  • Became a member of Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies.

YEAR 2007

  • Shifted OrangeTee Group to two units at Cendex Centre with a total floor area of 10,500 square feet. Lock Road office remained as a branch office.
  • Awarded “Outstanding Achievement in Website Development” by Web Marketing Association, USA.
  • Implemented online commission submission of cheque/cash from clients.
  • Registered OrangeTee logo as a Singapore trademark.

YEAR 2008

  • Became a CES training centre.
  • Implemented Training Tracking System.
  • Implemented Deposit Guarantee Plan.
  • Implemented e-submission of commission income of agents to IRAS.

YEAR 2009

  • Held the first OrangeTee Business Conference.
  • Launched the newsletter ‘OrangeTee Times’.

  • Shifted OrangeTee HQ to OrangeTee Building, a 16-storey modern office development with customised facilities situated next to the HDB Hub at Toa Payoh.
  • Awarded ‘Best Real Estate Agency in Singapore’ at the Asia Pacific Residential Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television.
  • Awarded “Singapore Prestige Brand Award – Established Brand”.
  • Implemented Professional Indemnity Insurance for all agents.
