Guidelines

• For rental of house/condominiums. Tenants to ensure that all requirements are fully stated in the Letter Of Intent (LOI).
• Ensure also that the salesperson bringing you out for the home search (purchase/rental) is a registered agent with the Council For Estate Agencies.
• Conduct a joint-inspection with the landlord, landlord's agent, and your agent during the takeover and hand back of the property.
