OrangeTee thrives today because of its unique combination of online and offline support. The IT team recognises the potential of digital modes of interaction, and continuously seeks to introduce new applications such as:
Property Search - This is a powerful search engine for all categories of property listings in the resale market. Information provided include project details such as age, location, number of units, facilities, tenure, floor plans, neighbourhood as well as interior/exterior pictures. For landed properties, we also show land shape, land contour and zoning.
Property Posting - This free service enables landlords and sellers to list their properties with us. When our office receives a listing, the relevant information is consolidated before appearing on our website.
Project Launches - This section provides information like site plans and floor plans on recently launched projects for which we are the sole or joint marketing agent.
Expatriates' Accommodation - This one-stop centre provides important information for expatriates living in Singapore. Areas covered include schools, clubs, associations, embassies and types of housing.
Valuation - Bankers and property owners visiting this section are able to obtain quick indications on specified properties. Alternatively, they can submit a request for a detailed valuation report and our valuers will then appraise the selected property accordingly.
Loan Wizard - These online financial calculators (for HDB and private residential properties) assist buyers in evaluating their purchase decisions.
Legal FAQs - Frequently asked questions on legal matters pertaining to a typical sale or purchase are answered in this section.
Work@Home - This state-of-the-art section provides all the necessary online tools like Project Information, eLitho, Caveat Search and Classified Advertisement to enable our agents to work effectively anywhere, anytime.
