Our Corporate Residential Services team aims to make expatriate relocation as hassle-free, smooth, and pleasant as possible. The Team consists of agents with significant years of experience in corporate residential leasing; in fact, a number of our agents are expatriates themselves who have settled in Singapore!

The team understands the stress involved in relocation and will attend to complaints, concerns and even ensure that rectification works at leased premises are properly carried out. The Team also offers Tenancy Management Services for multi-national companies. With our easy-to-use hi-tech online tracking information system, a full list of tenancy management services can be retrieved and printed out at the click of a button. These include giving advance alert on lease expiries, cancellation of permits and utilities, condition reports for handover etc.
