Property Search - This is a powerful search engine for all categories of property listings in the resale market. Information provided includes project information such as age, location, number of units, facilities, tenure, floor plans and neighbourhood, plus interior/exterior pictures. For landed properties, we also show land shape, land contour and zoning. Property Posting - This free service enables landlords and sellers to list their properties with us. When our office receives a listing, the relevant information is consolidated before it is published on our web site. Project Launches - This section provides information like site plans and floor plans on recently launched projects for which we are the sole or joint marketing agent. Expatriates' Accommodation - This one-stop information centre provides information for expatriates living in Singapore. Areas covered include schools, clubs, associations, embassies and housing. Training & Development In line with OrangeTee’s vision to have the best and most professional team of project marketing and resale agents in Singapore, we offer one of the most effective and comprehensive training and development programmes to ensure that our agents achieve the highest possible level of competence. Our training and development comprise four different programmes: IT Training, Basic Real Estate Training, Advanced Sales & Marketing Training and Project Marketing Training. We also offer other continuous professional development talks and seminars. In all, each agent is required to go through approximately 60 hours of training at OrangeTee. The two major milestone training and development programmes are "REAP" and "PMT". REAP (Realtors Equipping for Accelerated Proficiency) is an advanced sales & marketing training programme designed to help new agents achieve success in a very short time. It is a step-by-step system where the agents are "hand-held" until they achieve their goal. For experienced agents, REAP helps them analyse and take stock of their current performance, thus taking them to a new level of success.
